We are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Marine & Offshore Wind (MOW) delivery projects. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of lighting solutions for large-scale offshore projects---ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while exceeding customer expectations.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute delivery projects: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed schedules and budgets; ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Lead cross-functional teams: Coordinate engineering, design, and logistics teams; assign responsibilities; foster collaboration and accountability.

• Engage stakeholders: Act as the primary contact for customers; maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners; provide clear updates and risk assessments.

• Manage risks and solve challenges: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.

• Drive continuous improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and optimize processes for future deliveries.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marine, offshore wind, or engineering industries.

• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value delivery projects.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Projektron, Jira).

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of industry standards and sustainable practices is a plus.
