Restaurant Manager wanted for a busy summer bistro by the beach!

We are now looking for a self-driven, positive, and proactive Restaurant Manager to take charge of the daily operation of our bistro at Topcamp Sjøsanden. The destination includes 42 cabins and apartments, 12 seasonal pitches, 307 RV/camping sites, 4 glamping tents -- and an 800‑meter sandy beach right next door! That means a lively atmosphere and plenty of action throughout the summer season.

Summer at Topcamp Sjøsanden is full of great energy, holiday vibes, and extremely high activity . With hundreds of guests eager for food, drinks, snacks, and ice cream , the bistro becomes a natural gathering point from morning to evening. Because of this, we need someone who can lead confidently in a fast‑paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and keep the team motivated and efficient even when the queues are long.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and delivering a food and service experience that stands out. You will lead and motivate staff, plan shifts, handle ordering and stock management, ensure quality in all areas -- and most importantly, be a visible and present leader on the floor.

At Topcamp, we always help where help is needed -- including our leaders. When things get busy, everyone jumps in.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must be 20 years or older and have relevant experience from restaurant, café, service or leadership roles -- ideally as a shift leader, assistant manager, supervisor, or similar. You must also enjoy working in a busy, high‑energy environment, lead a team through high volumes, have strong execution skills and a “can‑do” attitude, and be available for work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
