We are growing fast. Expanding into Sweden and launching in Finland in 2025, and are looking for highly skilled Senior Software Engineers to help scale our technology and infrastructure.

About the Role

We're now hiring a Head of Data Platform -- a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for building and owning our scalable data platform. You will be critical to our growth and product development efforts as we expand internationally.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement cloud-native data infrastructure (Azure, SQL, CosmosDB, etc.)

• Build secure, scalable, and reliable data pipelines

• Design and lead integrations that power risk models and analytics

• Work hands-on with C#, .NET, and modern tooling

• Own architectural decisions and collaborate across the engineering and product teams

• Drive quality, performance, and security throughout the platform

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL

• Deep understanding of relational, NoSQL, and graph databases

• Experience with scalable data architectures and integration patterns

• Proficiency in secure data processing and handling

• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and autonomy

• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
