We’re seeking a results-driven Risk Manager to join our Risk team in Oslo or Copenhagen, ideally from September 2025. You will report to our Chief Risk Officer for CSDs in the Nordics.

Euronext Securities Risk Management Team is part of the Euronext Group Risk department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk, Business Continuity Management, and Internal Control, spread across our various geographies. The key objective of the team is to preserve the value, assets, and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.
Key accountabilities-
Identify risks and produce risk profiles with the business and facilitate management responses, presenting these to senior managers as required.

Support management in Business and Support Functions by identifying, analyzing, and advising on mitigation and risks.

Develop, manage, and monitor key risk indicators and promote risk awareness across the Euronext Securities organization.

Analyze and interpret complex data to provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders, identifying risks and taking appropriate action or escalating as appropriate.

Conduct ongoing review of existing methodologies, policies, and best practices, provide recommendations for improvement, and support the implementation of any resulting changes.

Draw on technical knowledge to contribute to risk management in projects and other relevant activities.

Develop and communicate on risk appetite and usage for decision-making.

Apply expert understanding of legislation and compliance requirements and external best practices to develop and implement recommendations to enhance risk monitoring and reporting.

Use technical skills to further improve existing reporting and develop where there is a need to advance.

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant field.

Knowledge of the company’s markets, operations, and/or IT an advantage.

Good knowledge of risk management principles.

Excellent analytic skills.

Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss risk in an approachable manner.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior executives, both orally and in writing.

Ability to work well on own initiative.

Fluent in English and either Norwegian or Danish.
