We're now hiring two Principal Software Engineers to lead our backend and data platform efforts -- building secure, scalable, and AI-ready infrastructure essential for our international growth.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior or Principal Engineer ready to take full ownership of a platform -- with high influence, real equity, and the chance to shape how AI and data come together in production.

Responsibilities

We face exciting challenges and have ambitious plans for the future. We primarily work with C#, Python, Azure, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j. As part of Bislab, you'll:

• Take lead responsibility for developing and managing a secure and scalable data platform that analyzes large datasets across borders

• Build infrastructure that supports algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection

• Implement robust security solutions for handling sensitive data

Requirements

• An experienced developer who values product ownership and influence over the company's future

• Interested in our technology stack, potentially with experience in operations and operational tasks
