Available role as SuccessFactors specialist

We are now looking for a dedicated and curious SuccessFactors SME to join our HR systems team. In this role, you will work across several SuccessFactors modules, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the system and its capabilities. You will be part of a team that values knowledge-sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Act as a subject matter expert across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

• Support implementation projects, system upgrades, and the launch of new functionalities.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize system use.

• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and document best practices.

• Contribute to developing governance, processes, and end-user experience.

Who You Are

• You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors

• You are eager to learn across modules and expand your expertise.

• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems.

• You have good communication skills in English (Norwegian is an advantage).
