• Culinary Passion & Skill - You love working with fresh ingredients and are committed to serving delicious, well-presented dishes every time.
• Professional Kitchen Experience - You’ve worked in a professional kitchen before and are comfortable with fast-paced service, prep work, and multitasking under pressure.
• Organizational Excellence -You know how to keep your station clean, your timing tight, and your workflow smooth—even when it gets hectic.
• Creative Input - You're open to contributing ideas for seasonal specials, new menu items, and kitchen improvements.

• Prepare and cook menu items to Lanternen’s standards
