Do you want to shape financial insight and transparency across the Group?

We are searching for a Group Finance Controller to play an important role in shaping the Group’s financial insight and transparency. The role offers a broad scope, combining Group reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and balance sheet follow-up with continuous improvement of finance processes.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidation of Group accounts and statutory reporting

• Follow up Group subsidiaries by collecting, validating, and analyzing financial data

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the Group

• Perform controlling and financial analyses of trends, margins, segments, and subsidiaries, and provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making

• Assist in working capital management and balance sheet follow-up

• Support compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards, including implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures

• Drive digitalization and automation of reporting processes

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher education in finance or economics, preferably a master’s degree in economics, finance, MRR, or similar

• 2--4 years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance; knowledge of consolidated accounts and IFRS is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and financial systems

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
