Sales Consultant / Shop Assistant (Occasional / On-call)

Art Gallery & Shop in Bergen

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized individual with a natural flair for sales and people. This is an occasional, on-call position (1--5 days per week depending on the season and gallery needs), ideal for someone flexible, responsible, and motivated.

You'll be working in a small, independent gallery/shop that values personality, motivation, and meaningful engagement with customers.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service

• A trustworthy, warm, and engaging presence

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset

• Someone who is kind, friendly, and adaptable

• Strong sense of responsibility and independence

Requirements:

• Fluent English + one or two additional languages is a plus)

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of visual storytelling and art is appreciated

• Basic digital or social media skills are a plus
