Nettbil is transforming how used cars are sold in Norway. As the country’s leading C2B online auction platform, we connect private sellers with a vast network of professional car dealers --- offering a fast, transparent and efficient process for both sides of the market. As part of Schibsted Marketplaces' Nordic mobility portfolio, Nettbil plays a pivotal role in advancing the Group’s transactional C2B strategy across Norway, Sweden and Finland.

With a solid foundation in place --- more than 18,000 cars sold annually and 2,700+ dealers on the platform --- Nettbil is now entering a new and exciting chapter. Backed by Schibsted’s strategic resources and capabilities, coupled with the Nordic reach, the ambition is bold: to more than double revenues by 2030, become the preferred sourcing partner for used cars in Norway, and explore expansion opportunities across segments and geographies.

Significant opportunities lie ahead. We see ample headroom for growth in the Norwegian core, as well as in adjacent spaces like B2B car sourcing, cross-border trade and new inventory categories. With the right leadership, Nettbil can evolve into a broader, more scalable business --- powering the future of car transactions in the Nordics.

We are now seeking a strategic, commercially driven and product-minded CEO to lead this next phase of growth. As CEO, you will be tasked with accelerating the performance of a strong existing platform --- while building the capabilities, team and roadmap to scale well beyond today’s boundaries.

Your background likely includes:

• Proven success in scaling digital marketplaces, transactional platforms or auction-based models
• Strong product and tech literacy --- ability to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery
• A sharp commercial and data-driven mindset, with a track record of long-term profitable growth
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-growth or fast-changing environments
• Ability to operate within a larger corporate structure, while maintaining entrepreneurial agility

As CEO, you will:

• Define and drive a clear strategy for accelerating revenue growth and expanding Nettbil’s market leadership
• Strengthen auction performance and funnel conversion by aligning price expectations and activating dealer participation
• Build product and tech leadership --- instilling agile ways of working and outcome-focused delivery
• Scale the commercial engine, improve lead conversion, and enhance customer acquisition
• Foster a transparent, accountable and collaborative culture across the organization
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent across product, tech, commercial and operations
• Explore new growth levers --- including B2B, cross-border trade, and geographic expansion
• Represent Nettbil externally, and collaborate closely with Schibsted stakeholders and the Board
