The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support our Nordic HR Operations team on a part-time basis. This role will act as the local HR Operations expert for Norway, ensuring that Norwegian requirements are understood, documented, and correctly executed within our centralized HR delivery model.

The majority of HR processes are delivered by our HR Center and Payroll teams. The purpose of this role is to provide local expertise, safeguard the operating model, and perform a limited number of Norway-specific activities that require local knowledge or presence.

How you'll make an impact
  • Ensure Norwegian legal, payroll, and administrative requirements are reflected in standardized processes.

  • Provide guidance on local practices, compliance requirements, and process exceptions.

  • Support and strengthen the centralized HR delivery model by minimizing unnecessary local dependencies.

  • Maintain local process documentation and work instructions.

  • Identify process improvements, risks, and opportunities for further standardization.

  • Perform selected Norway-specific HR administrative and operational activities that cannot be effectively centralized.

Your background
  • Experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or Personnel Administration.

  • Experience working in a shared services, HR Center, or centralized delivery environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian employment administration and payroll-related processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational support with governance, process improvement, and advisory responsibilities in a multinational environment.
