We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in ensuring that our deliveries meet both client expectations and company goals.

About the position

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on subsea projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, progress, safety, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

The position reports to the COO and will be part of our Project/Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution and ensure deliveries in line with company and client objectives.

• Take financial responsibility for projects and ensure optimal project performance.

• Plan and prepare project documentations.

• Ensure that HSEQ (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) always remains a top priority.

• Provide visible leadership and ensure that project resources and personnel work safely and efficiently.

• Follow up on incidents and non-conformances, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented.

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the subsea, energy, or maritime sectors.

• Solid understanding of financial control, progress management, and quality systems.

• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
