Senior Financial Controller -- With a clear path to Head of Finance

Enerin has completed an oversubscribed NOK 180 million Series A from six European venture funds and Johnson Controls (Fortune Global 500). We are now moving from technology pioneer to serial industrial production and international expansion --- deploying our patented high-temperature heat pump (HTHP) platform internationally to decarbonize industrial heating at scale.

The CFO is seeking a Senior Financial Controller who can take ownership of the financial operations: close, reporting, planning, cash, grant compliance, and process infrastructure.

This is a role that combines hands-on execution and strategic function design from day one.

The Role

You will report directly to the CFO and take end-to-end responsibility for:

• Month-end close and management accounts, coordinating with external accounting and audit partners

• Board and investor financial reporting to a professional, active shareholder group

• Liquidity management, rolling forecasts, and working capital control

• Financial administration of public funding programmes (Innovasjon Norge, Enova, Skattefunn, EU)

• Building the finance processes and systems the company needs at the next stage of growth

Who you are

• 5--10 years of relevant finance experience (audit, CFO advisory, operational finance role or controller)

• Experience from industrial, project-based, or scale-up environments

• Strong Norwegian GAAP expertise and experience within a Norwegian legal entity

• Comfortable combining hands-on execution with structural build

• Highly motivated by ownership and accountability
