Oversee the day-to-day operation of our growing fleet, ensuring efficient performance.

Maintain close communication with clients, brokers, agents, bunker suppliers, ship management, and stevedores.

Prepare and distribute voyage instructions, monitor performance, and optimize for cost and time efficiency.

Plan and negotiate bunker deliveries, ensure port readiness, and approve port-related expenses.

Coordinate and collect stowage planning and sea fastening documentation.

Manage cargo documentation, including bills of lading.

Update voyage management systems and ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.

Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.

Proven experience in a similar operational role.

Sailing experience is a plus.

Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented.

Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Well-organized, detail-focused, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
