We are currently seeking:

Fleet Assistant BW LNG (Temporary position)

BW LNG is seeking a structured and organized Fleet Assistant to join our team in Oslo for a maternity cover, starting 1 October 2026.

The selected candidate will be given responsibilities based on skills and experience which may include the following:

Responsibilities:

Administration & Coordination

• Plan and follow up on departmental action plans and yearly cycles.
• Arrange travel, visas, onboarding, events, and workshops.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and supplier registration.

Reporting & Audits

• Support leadership with reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Coordinate internal, TMSA, and Flag State ISM audits.
• Assist with monthly fleet reporting and warranty claim follow-up.

Systems & Fleet Support

• Superuser for Oracle BI, SharePoint, SEDNA, ISF Watchkeeper, and related tools.
• Support superintendents in day-to-day system use and deliverables.
• Manage technical inbox, ship lists, and fleet communications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Shipping industry background is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• User knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Power BI may be an advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
• Applicants must qualify for permanent residence permit for work purposes in Norway.
