Snowhotel Kirkenes is looking for motivated and responsible dog sled guides to join our team for the upcoming winter season.
Snowhotel Kirkenes is the only hotel in the world made entirely of snow and ice that is open 365 days a year. Located between the mountains and the Barents Sea, our hotel and activity center offer unforgettable Arctic adventures in every season. Your tasks will include:- Guiding guests on dog sledding adventures through stunning Arctic landscapes

- Are physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
- Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather, including temperatures down to -30°C
- Are proactive and have a positive “yes-I-can” mindset
- Have a valid European class B driver’s license
- Experience working in kennels, dog sled guiding, or tourism is a big advantage
- Seasonal contract from October/November until the end of March 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment
- A supportive, experienced team that will train you and help you grow
- Basic work clothing and equipment
- We are happy to help you arrange accommodation, but you may need to apply for this on the private marked
- A unique and unforgettable workplace in the Arctic wilderness
- The opportunity to work with guests and colleagues from all over the world
- A unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious company
