Join our IT team in Grimstad! Work hands-on with support, systems, and modern tools in an international environment.

As an IT Assistant, you will play a key role in daily IT operations. You will work broadly with user support, maintenance, and development of IT solutions, contributing to stable and efficient systems across the organization. The position reports to the IT Manager and offers a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset management and documentation

• Setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware

• User support for both hardware and software

• Maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure

• Administration of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)

• Participate in planning and rollout of IT projects

• Assist with other tasks within the IT department as needed

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned over time

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or higher education in IT. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education

• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Mac and Linux is an advantage

• Experience with or interest in one or more of the following is beneficial: MS Fabric, PowerApps, Perl, Python, PowerShell

• Basic networking knowledge

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required

• Valid driver’s license (Class B or equivalent)

Work Location and Travel

The position is based in Grimstad, Norway. Some travel to our Nordic locations should be expected.
