Calling all risk management superstars! 🤩 We're on the hunt for a seasoned Risk Manager to join our dynamic team at Vipps MobilePay. As a senior member of our crew, you'll have a pivotal role in securing robust risk management across our business.

You'll be leading risk assessments in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and navigate the ever-changing landscape of the payments industry. With your sharp eye, you'll help us make informed decisions that keep our customers and business safe.

The position will develop in line with the company and personal aspiration, and it is therefore very important that you are a "doer" and that you thrive also in sometimes hectic and fast phased working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments in various areas like products, systems and our suppliers
• Support risk owners in developing risk mitigation strategies and improving controls
• Trusted advisor for business on risk management, helping us to build a strong risk culture
• Further develop solid and easy to use risk management framework, processes and tools catering to the needs of exponential business growth
• Contribute to fast-moving business development and other projects that may appear!

You are a person who takes responsibility and likes to roll up your sleeves. If you are also able to raise your eyes and see risks, but at the same time consider business objectives, you might be perfect for us! A contagious good mood will also be highly appreciated!

Skills and expertise:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role
• Proven track record driving complex projects and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Master's degree, within the relevant discipline
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Knowledge in Norwegian/Danish is an advantage.
