For the 2026 season, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist to join our team in a 100% seasonal position from May 1st to September 30th.

The Role

As our Spa Therapist, you will play a key part in delivering deeply personalised wellness experiences to our international guests. You understand that true luxury lies in presence, precision, and genuine care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality massage and spa treatments tailored to individual guest needs
• Creating a calm, restorative, and exclusive spa environment
• Ensuring immaculate preparation and presentation of treatment rooms
• Contributing to the unique guest journey in collaboration with the wider hotel team

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is a certified Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist (newly qualified and experienced candidates are welcome)
• Demonstrates strong professional integrity and refined technical skills
• Has a natural sense of hospitality and discretion
• Thrives in an intimate, high-end environment where attention to detail is essential
• Is flexible and comfortable in a dynamic seasonal operation
• Speaks English fluently (Scandinavian language skills are an advantage)
• Driver’s license and access to a car are beneficial due to limited public transport, but not required
