On behalf of our partner 1814Salmon AS, we are now looking for motivated individuals who want to work in food production.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00.
From August 11th, a two-shift schedule will be introduced.

About the position:

We are hiring Production Workers for 1814Salmon AS. The work takes place in a chilled environment (4–8°C) and involves physical tasks on the production line, such as:

• Handling and processing salmon on the production line

• Performing routine tasks related to production and quality assurance

• Contributing to a smooth and efficient production flow

• Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a positive attitude and bring good energy to the team

• Are physically fit and comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day

• Can work in a cold environment and handle physically demanding tasks

• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment

• Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Are available for shift work starting August 11th

• Speak English or a Scandinavian language well

• Are looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment after the initial period
