What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years proven experience within instructional design, e-learning development, and digital learning.
  • Proven knowledge of digital teaching, instructional design theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.

    The team contains of 7 experts in the field of chemical management. We work closely with other parts as product development, customer support and sales. Our vision is that to give the customer a great learning experience inside the products with easy access.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage product training programs for customers.

    • Design and deliver interactive and engaging e-learning content, presentations, and multimedia materials.

    • Apply digital teaching and instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Oversee and coordinate training projects across multiple regions, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency within the training department.
  • Evaluate and improve learning materials based on quality, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Research and implement innovative learning methodologies and technologies.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, colleagues, and clients to identify and address training needs.
