The position carries responsibility for kitchen execution during service, ensuring that all dishes meet agreed standards, timings, and presentation requirements, in line with internal procedures and expectations.

We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience , preferably from bistro or fine-dining restaurants

  • Strong composure and confidence during live service

  • Solid understanding of classic and modern cooking techniques

  • Ability to work structured, clean, and efficiently under pressure

  • Clear communicator who collaborates well with both kitchen and service teams

  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly during service

  • Experience from event kitchens or high-volume, quality-driven environments is an advantage

Arbeidsoppgaver

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations & Service Execution

  • Take responsibility for food production and execution during service and events

  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timing of all dishes

  • Maintain high culinary and hygiene standards throughout service

Service Flow & Timing

  • Follow event and service schedules closely, adjusting pacing when required

  • Coordinate plating and service flow to ensure smooth guest experiences

  • Handle last-minute changes professionally in a live service environment

Teamwork & Kitchen Coordination

  • Work closely with Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Pastry Department

  • Support and guide junior kitchen staff during prep and service

  • Contribute to a positive, focused, and professional kitchen culture

Quality Control & Follow-Up

  • Ensure correct use of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods

  • Contribute feedback after events to support continuous improvement

  • Assist with prep planning and post-service routines as required
