Now, we're taking the next step in building the future of our Event functionality, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team.

As a Fullstack Developer on our Event product team, you'll be part of a cross-functional team with full ownership over your work, from design and coding to operations and continuous improvement. You'll help build the core engine of Spond, ensuring smooth organisation of training sessions, tournaments, volunteer tasks, and social events.

What you'll be working on:

• Building and scaling services in Java and/or Go

• Designing robust and efficient APIs and JSON integrations

• Contributing to frontend development in React and JavaScript

• Ensuring stability through thorough testing, code reviews, and clear documentation

• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability in high-traffic systems

• Collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Designer to create the best user experiences

What we're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a developer with strong backend skills

• Confidence in Java and/or Go

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React

• A solid understanding of API design and modern web architecture
