Machine Operators – Bergen – Good Pay & Career Opportunities

Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking skilled and experienced machine operators for exciting construction projects in Bergen and the surrounding area.

We are looking for independent, safety-conscious operators who can handle excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, or similar machinery efficiently and with precision. For the right candidates, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop further within the company.

Typical work tasks include:

• Operating construction machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, and dumpers

• Earthmoving, grading, and preparation of building sites

• Loading and transporting soil, gravel, and construction materials

• Assisting with minor maintenance and checks on machines

• Reading and following work drawings, plans, and safety instructions

• Collaborating closely with groundworkers and site supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a machine operator

• Valid machine operator certificate (M2, M4, or similar)

• Ability to follow and understand technical instructions and safety routines

• English or Scandinavian language skills (professional competence is most important)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience from projects in Scandinavia

• Driving license class B (C is an advantage)

• Independent, efficient, and solution-oriented
