Introduction

As a Project Manager at Glamox, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of lighting projects from inception to completion.
This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
You will lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and provide strategic guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with Glamox’s business objectives. What you'll do

Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Team Leadership:
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales personnel.
Assign responsibilities and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Risk Management and Problem-solving:
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Address challenges proactively to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for process optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project performance. Who you are

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or arelated field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the lighting, construction, orengineering industries.

• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Projektron, Jira)

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

• Advanced communication and presentation capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of industry standards and sustainable practices is a plus.
