Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Technical Superintendent

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team and take responsibility for the operational and technical performance of assigned vessels.

You’ll report directly to the Technical Manager and work closely with both crew and onshore departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily technical follow-up and oversee maintenance of assigned vessels

• Ensure compliance with IMO, class, flag state, and operator standards

• Budget responsibility, procurement, and invoice follow-up

• Plan and manage yard stays and dry dockings

• Contribute to safety and HSEQ performance onboard and support during vetting inspections

• Collaborate with the HSEQ department on system improvements

We’re Looking For:

• Technical or nautical education and experience

• Solid understanding of maritime regulations and vessel operations

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Fluent in Norwegian would be considered an advantage

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented

• Local ties to Western Norway is an advantage
