AI Engineer

Maybe you call yourself a Data Scientist, maybe an ML Engineer, or just a developer who loves working with AI. The title means less than the ability to create solutions that actually work. We are looking for someone who takes an idea from whiteboard to production – from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and continuous improvement. You connect sources like data warehouses and CRM, build robust RAG setups, and develop interfaces and agents that are actually used. Together with the customer, you define the scope and prioritize what will give the fastest impact.

Examples of deliveries

• AI-powered customer service with RAG and chat interface

• Prediction and alerting in operations (e.g. sick leave and risk score)

• Automatic ESG reporting

• MVP from idea to demo in a matter of days

What we are looking for

• Practitioner with a background in one or more of: Data Science, MLOps, full-stack or platform

• Comfortable with incomplete issues, breaking down scope and delivering quickly

• Chooses "good enough" architecture first, improves with actual use
