We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Lead Engineer. You will play an important role and lead the technical work towards several of our customers in Norway.

How you'll make an impact-
You will lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.

You will focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.

Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.

Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution, maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.

You will collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.

Engage with high-voltage installations (>36kV), transformers, reactors, protection & control systems, auxiliary power supplies.

Develop ideas and work continuously with improvements to our technical solutions.

Experience as Project Lead Engineer / Project Engineering Manager
-
Relevant engineering competences within the electrical field, or power distribution.

Good understanding of interfaces between different HV-devices, protection and control systems, as well as different professional disciplines (as electromechanical engineers, electrical engineers, system engineers and commissioning).

Understand how to achieve success aligned with the company’s values, quality focus, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, and financial goals.

Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Show initiative and maintain a high degree of independence in your work.

Fluent communication skills, both oral and written, in at least one of the Scandinavian languages in addition to English is desirable.
