As a Company Lawyer you will be a part of the corporate in-house legal team in Jotun, supporting the network companies in the ongoing need for legal assistance within a wide range of legal fields relevant for an international company. The position is located at our Headquarters in Sandefjord and will report to Group Vice President Corporate Affairs.
Your tasks will be to:

Provide professional legal advice to Jotun’s international network of companies, to ensure operation according to laws and regulations and with high ethical standards.

Assist in the negotiation and conclusion of a variety of contracts and legal issues, with a special focus on IT and employment law, to safeguard Jotun's rights and reputation, mitigate risks, and support business needs.

Advise on and develop contract templates, procedures, and guidelines to ensure safe and professional processes.
In order to success in this role, we believe you should have the following qualifications:

Law degree (Master)

Languages: Norwegian and English
-
5 years of experience handling business law matters and contracts for international clients or within an international organisation

IT contract experience
