Our requirements:

1. You must have a driving licence (Class B) that is valid in Norway.

2. You must be allowed to work in Norway.

3. You must be able to start working immediately.

4. We are open to hiring refugees. Non-refugees and Norwegian natives are also welcome to apply.

5. It is a positive if you have education / experience as a gardener, farmer or similar. However, it is NOT required.

6. It is a positive if you have your own car with a trailer hitch. If you are willing to use your own car we will pay you extra. The equipment will be stored in the trailer that connects to your car.

7. It is a positive if you are fluent in Norwegian or English. However, it is NOT required.

8. It is a positive if you live in Asker. However, it is NOT required.

9. You should have a flexible and service oriented mindset.

10. You should be reliable. You show up to work every day and do what you have said you would do.

11. You must accept that the job is seasonal. Starting in May and ending in October.

12. You must accept that the amount of work will vary week by week, this mainly due to the weather. Some weeks you may work 1 day, other weeks you may work 5 days.

Arbeidsoppgaver

1. We have a simple app that tells you where to go and what to do.

2. We provide a car with all necessary equipment. The car is picked up and returned to the company headquarters each day.

3. You will be mainly doing lawn mowing and weed removal at private homes in Asker and Bærum.

Vi tilbyr

1. The position is seasonal. Starting in May ending in October. If you do a good job, you will be first in line to joining us again next year.

2. A first step into the Norwegian job market. If you do a good job we will provide you with an excellent reference for your future job applications in Norway.

3. Salary in accordance with wage tariffs for gardeners.

4. Flexibility with regards to when you work. As long as all the orders are finished each week.

5. Training in equipment operation, lawn care and safety.

6. For the right candidate there will be an opportunity for a career in the company after the season finishes.
