You’ll be right at the heart of our Data Product Hub, working alongside data engineers, analysts, scientists, and architects---across Oslo and Aarhus. Your days will be filled with:

• Collaborating with a wonderfully diverse mix of colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, privacy-conscious data products.
• Using tools like Power BI, Databricks, GitHub, and more to dig into transactional patterns and user behaviors.
• Helping ensure our data is accurate, trusted, and accessible---enabling smart, data-driven decisions company-wide.
• Pair-programming, sharing knowledge, and contributing to our supportive data community.
• Celebrating wins (big and small), having retrospectives, and always looking for ways to get better.
• Coffee chats, table tennis breaks, and challenges await!

Who are we looking for? 👀 You might be the perfect fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience working with BI/analytics tools (Power BI skills = big plus!).
• Are skilled in Python, SQL, or both.
• Love using data to uncover patterns, spot opportunities, and drive decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand real needs---and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions.
• Take business problems from discovery to delivery, translating questions into valuable data products.
• Communicate clearly with data engineers and enjoy collaborating to improve models and pipelines.
• Are familiar with agile ways of working and tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Are fluent in English (our everyday language).
• Value diversity and enjoy working in teams where different perspectives are celebrated.
• Care deeply about creating a culture where everyone can belong and thrive.
