Chef -- Full-time Permanent Position at Gatsby in Bodø

About the Position:

Gatsby in Bodø is looking for skilled and passionate chefs for full-time permanent positions. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about cooking, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. Experience with the Josper Grill is a plus, as it plays a central role in our food production.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting dishes according to our menus and quality standards

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with regulations

• Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment

• Ordering and controlling ingredients as needed

• Collaborating with waitstaff and other team members to ensure an excellent guest experience

Qualifications:

• Culinary certification or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience with grilling, especially with Josper Grill, is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and techniques

• Proficient in either Norwegian or English (oral communication)

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
