Join us at Jotun as we venture into an exciting data-driven future. As our new Integration Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to implement cutting-edge tools and processes. Your contributions will be pivotal in transforming Jotun into a more data-centric organization, driving innovation and efficiency across all levels.
As a part of Jotun’s Data department, you will work as an Integration Manager to strengthen the team that is responsible for supporting and growing Jotun’s data platform. You will work within a constantly evolving environment currently consisting of Informatica Cloud IDMC, Snowflake, Azure cloud services and the Microsoft Fabric to deliver data from global solutions in a self-service manner. The position will be both facilitating processes and somewhat hands-on in implementation.
There will be world-wide traveling opportunities in this position, and our workplace is in Jotun's international headquarter in Sandefjord, Norway.
Integration Leadership & Strategy-
Define and enforce integration best practices, standards, and frameworks (e.g. EIP, DAMA).

Govern our API management platform (Azure APIM), from design through to production deployment.

Lead the Integration Change Advisory Board (CAB), aligning decisions across architecture, business, and operations teams.

Set up and manage Snowflake and Azure SQL environments to support current and future projects.

Drive automation for data access, role management, and deployment processes.

Coordinate cloud infrastructure requests to support scalable, secure solutions.

Work closely with cybersecurity to integrate security best practices (OAuth2, zero-trust, etc.).

Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives, focusing on metadata, lineage, and interoperability.

Align integration strategies with Business Intelligence and analytics teams to support data-driven decision making.

Onboard and support projects into the data platform, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with standards.

Monitor platform costs and ensuring financial oversight.

Maintain clear documentation of architecture and integration processes.

Proven experience in managing integration platforms, APIs, and cloud data infrastructure.

Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data governance, and security best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams and support decision-making.
