This position will be supporting the HR Manager in YPAS and the Global Director of HR.
The primary focus will be on the operational and system related aspects of HR-data and payroll processes.
The role will contribute to high quality HR-service delivery, efficient digital HR-processes, accurate payroll execution, and strong data quality and analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS HR Data-
Serve as a superuser for current HR and payroll systems including ongoing daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Ensure high data quality and structured HR-data management both local and Global.

Develop and maintain HR-reports and analytics local and Global.

Provide HR-data insights to support management decision-making both local and Global.

Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR-processes, including system configuration in collaboration with IT, the Group HRIS team, and other relevant stakeholders.

Manage user administration, access control, and training during onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.

Act as a key liaison between the HR Manager, system vendors, and implementation partners, coordinating and contributing to the implementation of new HR-systems and -modules.

Ensure robust routines for HR-data management, GDPR compliance, and information security.

Act as HR administrative support to the HR Manager by coordinating and following up on HR-processes and audits.

Ensure compliance with labour law and holiday regulations.

Share responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing.

Review payroll data, absence records, variable compensation, and reimbursements.

Handle reporting to public authorities.

Ensure clear documentation and structured HR-files and -processes.

Relevant higher education in law/labour law, HR, technology or a related field.

Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

Experience and strong interest with technology and systems within HR and payroll processes

Understanding and interest in HR best practices combined with relevant legal knowledge.

Knowledge and experience with Norwegian payroll.

Experience with HR-data and reporting

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian.

Detail-oriented, structured with focus on compliance.

Service-minded and clear in communication.

Eager to learn and humble.
