We're Hiring: Receptionist

Working hours: 08:00--16:00

Are you service-minded, organized, and communicative? At Bilbyen Bilpleie Bergen AS , we're looking for a Receptionist who can keep things running smoothly, support our team, and provide excellent communication with our partners.

You'll be working closely with our existing receptionist, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Registering and documenting new car arrivals and visible damage

• Performing vehicle check-in processes and updating systems (FossumIT)

• Communicating with car dealers via email and phone

• Managing general email inboxes and responding in a timely, professional manner

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow

• Working primarily with existing partners (car dealerships)

• Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as needed

  
  

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A valid Category B driver's license

• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Basic experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

• Norwegian and English language skills

• Comfort working with digital tools, systems, and emails
