We are looking for additional Flight Instructors FI(H) to join our team on a permanent basis.
We are also proud to offer a sponsorship program for the FI course for qualified candidates who do not yet hold an FI(H) rating.

EASA Qualifications:

CPL(H) or higher
FI(H) or
Minimum 220 flight hours in helicopter (sponsor program)
Experience on R44 helicopter.
English level 5 or higher

Who are you?

You are motivated, work well in a team, and can make independent decisions. You are social, communicate effectively in English, and have a basic knowledge of EASA regulations. You enjoy being in the cockpit as well as in front of the classroom. You are solution-oriented, a "yes" person, and not afraid to lend a hand when asked by colleagues.

We offer:

As an instructor at EHC, you will be part of a busy, dynamic, and youthful environment at our academy. We have around 60 active students from across Europe. Our instructors alternate between instructing in the helicopter, simulator, and classroom, depending on background and experience. We work closely as a team but must also be able to make independent decisions. Several of our instructors also have administrative duties in addition to flying, making the organization flexible and dynamic.
