Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of the most iconic global sports brands? Reebok is looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager based in the Oslo area, who’s passionate about sports, fashion, sales, and building strong partnerships.
You’ll play a key role in Reebok’s journey in the Norwegian market --- developing relationships with our key partners, growing the brand presence, and pushing sales to the next level. If you have a strong commercial drive and want to be part of a dynamic Nordic team, this could be your perfect match.
What You'll Be Doing

Drive Sales Strategy: Plan and execute commercial sales aligned with short and long-term goals.

Manage Accounts: Support and sell seasonal Reebok collections to top partners (sports retailers, department stores, fashion stores, online platforms, and more).
· Stock sales: Support Stock Sales with seasonal and annual stock sales targets.

Build Strong Relationships: Be the go-to contact for our retail partners. Understand their business, analyze sales, and identify growth opportunities.

Season Planning & Analysis: Review pre-season orders, track sales performance, and manage budgets effectively.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations.

In-Store & field Presence: Deliver in-store training, active field presence by customers, manage showroom collections, and stay close to the action on the ground.

Account Growth: Help identify and activate new business opportunities in the Norwegian market.
Who We're Looking For
You’re someone who:
-
Has 2--3+ years of experience in field sales --- ideally from sports, fashion, or outdoor industries.

Knows how to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Communicates clearly and confidently in both Norwegian and English.

Is organized, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Is reliable and has a strong sense of ownership, creativity, and a passion for sports, retail, and lifestyle brands.

Is naturally enthusiastic about their job

Who works well individually as well as in a team
