Join a team that sets the standard in high-quality cabin and public area cleaning at the heart of Hafjell Resort! IDP Cleaning Services is hiring a proactive and responsible Daily Manager to lead daily cleaning operations across the resort.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all scheduled cleaning missions (cabins, private, public)

• Preparing and distributing daily work plans and car assignments

• Monitoring work quality and following up with staff and supervisors

• Adjusting schedules in real-time for sick calls or absences

• Maintaining control of keys and logging changes, complaints, and missions

• Coordinating with team leaders, staff housing, and destination offices

• Providing daily reports and updates to management

• Ensuring all cabins meet IDP's quality standards before guest arrivals

Ideal candidates will have:

• A background in cleaning/hospitality with some leadership experience

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety, and chemical use

• Great organisational and communication skills

• The ability to work independently and with attention to detail

• Flexibility, punctuality, and a growth mindset

• Proficiency in English (Scandinavian is a plus)

• Tech literacy (SuperOffice, Planday)

• EU passport
