About the Role

As our new Marketing Specialist, you’ll help tell the story of Enhanced Drilling -- a global company that develops cutting-edge offshore drilling technology. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing and communication efforts, working across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and internal communications.

This is the perfect role for a motivated and digitally-savvy communicator who wants to gain hands-on experience in a global business with real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Be the voice of Enhanced Drilling on social media -- especially LinkedIn

• Keep our website and intranet fresh, engaging, and on-brand

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and webinars

• Create content that excites -- from press releases to simple videos, brochures, and internal updates

• Support brand consistency across everything we publish and present

• Help track our marketing efforts and share performance insights with leadership

• Work with external agencies and partners to bring ideas to life

Who You Are

• Recently graduated or have a few years’ experience in marketing, communication, media, or journalism

• Creative, curious, and full of ideas

• A natural communicator -- especially in English

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or excited to learn!)

• Passionate about digital trends and social media

• Organized, efficient, and ready to roll up your sleeves
