Osteria Kreo are hiring kitchen assistant/chef

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation and mise en place

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients

• Support the kitchen team during à la carte service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required

• Receive, check, and store deliveries according to food safety standards

• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management

• Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations

• Help with basic food production and plating under the supervision of chefs

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products

• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures

• Contribute to an efficient, positive, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Additional Duties (Optional)

• Support opening and closing kitchen procedures

• Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

• Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Head Chef
