As a bartender, you are the orchestrator of the bar and responsible for curating unforgettable experiences through your expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service. You are the storyteller who will engage our guests with your knowledge and leave a lasting impression. Your main work tasks include:
- Serving food and drinks to the bar's guests
- Quality assurance of service and product
- Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus
- Contribute to the development of colleagues and the environment
- Payment handling
- Comply with the Norwegian alcohol law
The position involves shift work on weekdays and weekends. We are offering different positions: 20-100% temporary positions, and extra help / on-call.

Who are we looking for?- You have a clear service focus and you see challenges as something positive, not problems.
- You have relevant experience and good knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles.
- You are good with multitasking whether it’s behind the bar or on the floor.
- You are keen to deliver high quality in everything you do and always go the extra mile to exceed the guest's expectations.
- You recognize yourself in our values, which are energy, courage and enthusiasm.
- The position requires that you can communicate well in Norwegian and/or English.
- We rotate between bar and table service, so don't be afraid to talk/interact with guests in an dynamic environment
