Office Administrator \| Golar LNG

We are looking for a new Office Administrator to join our team in Oslo. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in reception or a similar role, who is ready to take on more responsibility.

As our Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, and play a key role in making sure the office runs smoothly. You will also contribute to creating a well-functioning and welcoming work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the reception.

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including following up with suppliers and service providers.

• Assist in arranging meetings, events, and social activities.

• Handle visa applications and support with travel arrangements. You will be our main contact for the travel agency and superuser of our travel booking system.

• Comfortable working independently and following through tasks.

• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Able to manage several tasks at once with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Higher education is preferred, but relevant experience can compensate.

• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in roles involving customer service or office coordination.

• Confident using IT tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
