We are now looking for a Project Engineer who wants to strengthen our Umbilical & Cable Systems team at Lysaker and be a part of the exciting journey that has just started.

What will you be doing?

As our new Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and complete assigned engineering tasks in line with OneSubsea’s procedures and standards

• Deliver high-quality engineering documentation on time

• Coordinate technical information between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Provide technical input to Lead Engineers, Supply Chain teams, and Manufacturing sites

• Support subcontractors and suppliers with relevant technical guidance

• Identify and contribute to improvement initiatives and support a culture of continuous learning

• Actively share knowledge and experience within the project team and across departments

• Capture and document lessons learned to support future projects

• Follow the product lifecycle from early engineering through delivery from our production site

We are looking for candidates who:

• Want to work with industry-leading subsea technology and contribute to creating a sustainable energy future

• Have a professional background and experience that includes:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc. in a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years)

  • Experience in project execution and a general understanding of the energy or engineering industry

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as SAP or Teamcenter (advantageous)

• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team

• Are able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Maintain a strong focus on quality and timely delivery, even under pressure
