Interwell is now looking for a role within our completion business line located in Voss. Completion is a fast-growing business segment within Interwell focusing on developing customized cutting-edge completion technology for our global customer base. In the company, we have professional expertise in many fields such as mechanical design, electronics, software, material science, elastomers, glass technology, and more.

At our Voss location, Interwell develops and manufactures advanced Glass Plugs and Sliding Sleeves, while driving innovation in glass technology to meet the growing demands of the energy industry.

Due to an increased workload, we are now looking for a Workshop Technician to join our team.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Assembly of glass plugs and relevant completion products, and FAT testing according to planned need dates 
• Surface treatment where applicable
• Provide feedback to project engineer and product manager, regarding products as well as documentation
• Responsible for maintenance and dispatch of equipment according to work order
• Cleansing and other foreclosure
• Ensure that maintenance is qualitative and in accordance with established procedures and routines
• Completion and approval of ‘Work Order Out’ with the accompanying documentation
• Assist Logistics personnel when needed

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant work experience or trade certificate within the mechanical industry  
• Fluent English – oral and written
