Working Foreman / Site Supervisor – Concrete & Formwork, Bergen

Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with experience in concrete and formwork projects

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical work on-site with leadership responsibility. You will take a key role in smaller projects (typically NOK 1--20 million), where you work alongside your team while ensuring progress, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily work on-site (typically small teams)

• Actively participate in production work (concrete and formwork)

• Follow up project schedules and ensure steady progress

• Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures

• Maintain checklists and required documentation

• Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Desired qualifications:

• Experience as a working foreman, site supervisor, or similar role

• Solid hands-on experience in concrete and formwork

• Ability to combine practical work with leadership responsibility

• Good understanding of construction processes and HSE

• Driver's license (Class B)

• Scandinavian or English language skills
