Jotun has a leading position in the Paint and Home décor market, driven by strong brands such as LADY, DRYGOLIN, DEMIDEKK, FENOMASTIC; MAJESTIC and JOTUN as well as state of the art colour collections and inspirational material. Our ambition is to drive further growth through unique innovations, colour collections and colour tools, and communication.
We are now searching for a Regional Colour Marketing Manager to further strengthen our position as the regional colour and trend expert. In this position you will have an overall responsibility for colour, design and inspiration work within Jotun Europe and Central Asia in close collaboration with our Global Colour Manager. Through strong understanding of colours, colour combinations, trends and inspiration you will develop colour collections and tools to inspire our customers to get the home of their dreams.
You will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, design and promotion of all regional colour collections, colour cards and inspirational tools. You will promote Jotun’s position in colours and trends regionally to support further growth through colour and trend knowledge.
The Regional Colour Marketing Manager holds the responsibility for conceptualizing, developing and promoting all colour and inspiration tools within the Region, by working closely with the units’ marketing and sales departments and external stakeholders (architects, media, influencers and designers), with the objective of positioning Jotun as the leading brand in the Region when it comes to colour, design and home décor.

Promote Jotun’s position in terms of colours and trends regionally, and make sure that Jotun is the leading paint brand when it comes to colour, design, and home decor.

Be an active partner in the global colour team researching on colour and design trends and supporting development of the Global Colour Card and fully responsible for regional launches.

Develop, approve, and oversee the implementation of Jotun’s colour tools (launches and exhibitions) in all countries within ECA Region, ensuring consistency of Jotun’s quality and positioning.

Conceptualize, develop, launch, and promote colour, colour palettes and inspiration tools (Regional Interior and Exterior colour cards and collections, retail inspirational tools, project material)

Follow colour trends, create trend presentation materials and be the spokesperson with media, influencers, and designers, architects.

Extensive experience and understanding of colours and design, especially interior design

Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, media, and influencers

A strong communicator, able to inspire various target groups such as media, influencers, architects, interior designers etc

Must be willing to travel based on needs, approximately 30-50 days a year
