HydrogenPro is seeking a technical resource with a commercial mindsetto act as the essential bridge between our commercial and engineering teams. In this role, you’ll own the process of technical clarifications throughout the sales cycle---from early customer discussions to contract closure---ensuring precision, clarity, and alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical clarifications during tender and sales processes

• Translate customer needs into feasible technical solutions

• Serve as the first-line technical contact for customers

• Develop specifications and technical documentation for sales processes

• Coordinate with engineering to define delivery scope and risk

• Contribute to commercial contract discussions with a technical lens

• Improve and structure technical communication to the market

Qualifications:

• Strong technical understanding, e.g. vocational, technical college, or engineering degree

• Ability to read, understand and interpret complex technical documents

• Confidence to respond to technical questions in customer settings

• Curious about digital tools, including AI-driven solutions

• Fluency in English, both written and oral

• Preferred: Familiarity with CAD tools and electrolyser technology
