Fine Dining À La Carte Chef Wanted for Boutique Hotel in Vestland (short and long term)

In Vestland, right on the border of fjords and mountains, lies the fine dining à la carte restaurant. The restaurant's vision is to create culinary experiences that combine the purity of Norwegian nature with an innovative gastronomic mindset. We are looking for a passionate chef whose hands create art, not just food, and who values respect for ingredients, seasonality, and attention to detail. At the restaurant maximum 20-25 guests on regular evenings, but occasionally large events, weddings. Must be able to work independently and handle the entire line alone. Work with the head chef occasionally, especially for larger events and during peak times in the restaurant. Nordic cuisine, 5-course menu, only local produce, big buffets. What we expect from you: Proven experience in fine dining à la carte kitchen Passion for modern gastronomy and aesthetics Independence and precision, as well as a team-oriented mindset Required English language skills. If both sides are happy, then the seasonal contract can be prolonged to a permanent contract.
