Auto Body Repair Technician / Collision Repair

Our customer are a very busy certified Body Shop / Collision Center that needs to hire two skilled Body Shop Repair Technicians to join their team! This shop has been open for several years and has steady repeat customers and an amazing reputation. They are busier than ever, providing you with plenty of work and an opportunity to exceed your own expectations! We are looking for applicants who have experience in collision repair. Our customer offers:

NOK 235,- to 270 per hour (depending on skills, experience etc.)Very busy shop

Responsibilities - Body Shop Repair Technician:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders and meet deadlines
• Conduct parts inventory for collision repairs to ensure accuracy
• Remove damaged fenders and panels
• Straighten frames
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
• Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance
• Keep shop area clean and organized
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Repair Technician:

Previous Body Shop/Collision Repair experience required
• Certifications within the trade is a plus!
• Working knowledge of body shop equipment and tools including frame and measuring equipment
• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Must be able to communicate in English or Scandinavian language
