Head of Business Performance in fast-growing SaaS company

About the position

Admincontrol is seeking a commercially oriented and analytically strongHead of Business Performance. The role is responsible for management reporting, SaaS performance analytics, pricing support, planning, forecasting and more.

This position is a key partner to the CEO and Management Team in Oslo and requires strong commercial judgement combined with solid financial expertise. The right candidate is energised by commercial challenges and skilled at translating SaaS performance data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

The role also serves as the internal bridge between the Admincontrol SaaS business and Euronext's Group Finance function. While traditional finance activities (such as statutory reporting, compliance, and financial systems) are handled centrally within Euronext, this role ensures that Admincontrol retains strong commercial insight, analytical capability, and decision support at the business-unit level.

Desired experience and skills

• Higher education, preferably a Master's degree in a relevant field
• Background in SaaS finance business partnering or FP&A, ideally at manager level or above within a VC/PE-backed or corporate-owned SaaS company
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and performance metrics
• Comfortable operating in an international matrix organisation where financial ownership is held centrally
• Experience interfacing with a parent company or group finance function is a strong advantage
• Some grounding in accounting and audit is beneficial, but this is not an accounting or financial control role
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
